Captain Doug was great and so was the fish! “We found captain Doug using trip advisor and he had very good ratings. We called a week in advance and he was able to fit us in for a family friendly fishing charter. Captain Doug was very knowledgable about the area and fish and super friendly. We caught a variety of fish. The price was good and it was nice to be able to just go out with our own party of four and not have to go with a huge group on a big boat. Captain Doug provided drinks on the boat as well as filleted the fish and took a photo of us holding the fish at the end. Altogether it was a great experience.”

My son has a short attention span and can be difficult, I am not cordinated and not the best fisherman, my wife gets motion sickness but yet he entertains all our needs while still putting us on fish. I have been out multiple times with him and others but will not use anyone else anymore. I drive over an hour out of my way just to fish with him. The whole family loves him!

Captain Doug is wonderful and entertaining guide. He knows where the fish are. We went out on a half day charter and caught a number of fish, some of which we are going to eat. He not only knows the fishing spots, but pointed out many of the houses and who they belonged to and a little of their history. Will definitely book again next time we are in Sarasota Florida.
